This "Harlequin Presents . . ." romance novel (#230), whose hardcover edition was published in 1977, became unavailable after several paperback printings. But because it was used by Harlequin as one of an "introductory" set (ideally to "hook" potential customers), numerous copies found their way to secondhand bookstore shelves, to be collected by members of my family and sent to me for my use in literature classes. Despite my book order attempts, Harlequin seemed unable to supply my classes with the text. My twenty-some copies are growing shabby, and yet I still frequently want to make this text available to my classes.
