The early harvested Tri-State Trial had thirteen entries that were processed into French fries this season. Shepody (a control) and A93116-3 were the only clones producing unacceptable differences in fry color between stem and bud ends. All entries produced light fries with average Photovolt readings of 40 or higher, resulting in USDA ratings of "0".
