Early Harvest Regional Trial Postharvest Evaluation

The 2004 Early Regional Trial contained 4 named clones and 16 numbered lines. All entries produced light uniform fries with USDA "0" ratings. Russet Burbank had 58% brown center & hollow heart, there were none in the other entries.
