Retained and Advanced Entries from the 2004 Trails Currently in the Regional Trial

Held at 48°F until December 23, 2004 then stored at 44°F until analysis

A95409-1, A96095-3, A96104-2, AO96164-1,AOA95154-1, AOA95155-7 & PA97B3-2 were advanced from the 2004 Tri-State Trial. After 7 months of storage AO96160-3, AOA95154-1 and PA97B3-2 produced light fries receiving a USDA "0". ATX91137-1Ru had the darkest stems, USDA "2", when averaged across states. ATX91137-1Ru produced shorter , while A96095-3 & PA97B3-2 produced considerably longer stem lengths than either check (Ranger or Russet Burbank).
