Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Achievement Program prepares
qualified undergraduates for their future doctoral studies. The
goals of the program are to increase the number of underrepresented
students in PhD programs and, ultimately, diversify the faculty
in colleges and universities across the country. See
