Once
a pre-health student selects a major, they continue to meet
with the pre-health advisors, and they are also advised by
a faculty member in their major department. The
pre-health advising program helps students prepare to apply
to medical, dental and other health professional schools. The
advisors help students improve their interview skills in mock
interviews, and provide assistance in arranging internships and
opportunities to volunteer at the Pullman hospital emergency
room. They help you get the experiences you need to become a
strong candidate for medical, dental, optometry, or other health
professional school.
For students who choose a major in the School of Biological
Sciences, their major advisors are:

pre-medicine and pre-dentistry students: |
|
Dr.
David F. Moffett |
| |
| For
pre-veterinary science students: |
