ABC's of Licensing

Apply for a License!

  1. Attend orientation sessions
  2. Return your application and include: 5 references, application supplement,
    criminal history checks, $24 fee for licensing

Be Ready!

  1. Attend HIV/AIDS training
  2. Attend first aid & infant/child CPR classes
  3. Get a TB skin test
  4. Have your private water well tested & have documentation of results
  5. Fill out fire evacuation plan, health care plan, behavior management plan, public disclousre
    form, & religious statement
  6. Develop written parent policies & procedures

Comply with Regulations!

  1. Use your home study form to inspect & ready your home
  2. Call your licensor for any points of clarification
