 Function: 

1.      Serves as an advisory committee to the Vice President for Business Affairs on all issues related to the organization and establishment of an Arboretum and Botanical Garden at Washington State University. 

Composition and Tenure: 

1.      Ten faculty, administrative and professional personnel, and staff members, with three-year terms.  Members will include the immediate past chair and chairs from the active subcommittees and representatives from the Land Use Committee, Facilities Development, and the Physical Plant.    (F-A/P-S)

2.      One graduate student and one undergraduate student, with one-year terms.  (G-U)

3.      One alumni representative, with a three-year term.  (Alum)
