1. Establishes and maintains an appeals procedure for parking violations on campus.

2. Hears appeals as requested and renders decisions.

Composition and Tenure:

1. Eight faculty, administrative and professional personnel, and staff, with three-year terms. (F-A/P-S)

2. One graduate student and two undergraduates, with one-year terms. (G-U)

3. Assistant Public Safety Director; Director, Residence Life and Housing; and Housing Manager. (#) (X)

Has representation on Parking and Traffic Committee.

Responsible to: The Vice President for Business Affairs, through the Assistant Public Safety Director
