NEWS OPPORTUNITY WITH PRESIDENT SAM SMITH
AND DEAN LARRY JAMES ON FEB. 10 AT THE CAMPUS
On Feb. 10, Washington State University President Sam Smith will be in the Tri-Cities to address the Tri-Cities Rotary Club at noon. In the afternoon, at 2 p.m., he and Larry James, interim dean and campus executive officer for WSU Tri-Cities, will be available to talk with area reporters on current issues in higher education in Washington as they affect WSU, WSU Tri-Cities and area citizens.

The 2020 Commission, Gov. Gary Locke and the Washington Legislature each has made important proposals to insure access to college for the growing number of high school graduates in the state of Washington in the coming decade.
