WSU TRI-CITIES HOLDS MBA INFORMATION NIGHT APRIL 28
TRI-CITIES, Wash. -- Washington State University at Tri-Cities will host an information night on its master of business administration degree at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, at Cavanaughs in Kennewick.
David Lemak, the business program coordinator, will explain the MBA program and all requirements for admission. He will also be announcing details of WSU's new master of technology management program, which will be available this fall at WSU Tri-Cities.
The MTM program is designed for working professionals in high technology industries who want to hone their management and leadership skills to advance their careers beyond a technical focus.
The program combines selected MBA and management information systems courses with several all new-courses aimed at the high-tech leader of the future.
The WSU MBA program has been offered for more than 10 years in the Tri-Cities area and is one of only two MBA programs in the state of Washington that is accredited by International Association of Management Education (formerly the AACSB). The MBA is a general management degree, but allows students to take elective classes in specialized disciplines such as environmental science management, marketing, technology management and management information systems.
