About the Pullman Human Rights Commission
The Pullman Human Rights Commission (PHRC) is proud to serve our community providing resources for education, referrals, and the gathering of information related to human rights issues within the Pullman community. Our vision is to promote and create an inclusive community and our goal is to have the entire community involved in the process.
The PHRC Homepage is one of the tools we use to communicate information to the general public. If you wish to contact us or request a different communication option, please telephone our facilitator, David Stiller, at 334-7868; or write to the Pullman Human Rights Commission, PO Box 3074 CS, Pullman, WA 99165.
