  • gd - library for creating GIF files usable on the web.
  • giftrans - transform gif from gif87 to gif89, making one color transparent
  • htmlchek - a collection of tools used to make certain the contents of your html file are valid.
  • html-pretty - filters its HTML input from stdin, or from one or more named files given on the command line, and prettyprints it to stdout
  • latex2html - translate LaTeX files to HTML (HyperText Markup Language)
  • mapedit -- a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor for imagemap files
  • webgif - a command line gif manipulation utility which can set transparency.
  • xpaint - Much like the PC or MAC paint programs but for use in UNIX
  • xtraclnk - a tool to extract just the links from an html file.
