RLE, the Utah Raster Tool Kit, provides a collection of programs and C routines for working with computer graphic raster images. It includes a system independent format called RLE which will store, format and include information about the image. RLE also contains a library of C routines and a collection of programs for reading, writing, manipulating and displaying images.
