Changes upto v0.5.3

• The files LATEX2HTMLDIR/styles/german.perl and LATEX2HTMLDIR/styles/makeidx.perl have been fixed so that they are consistent with changes in the main script.
• A problem with disappearing spaces after some equations and other environments has been fixed.
