Cougar
Scarecrow

Dear
WSU Creamery:
My use for empty cheese tins has worked very well for me here
in New Mexico and I think it would in any part of the country.
I drill (or use a nail & hammer) a hole on opposite sides
of each tin and pass a cord or thin rope through, knotting after
each one to space the cans out. I string 4-6 cans together to
make each arm of my scarecrows to assist in preventing crows and
quails from attacking my garden. The reflection of the sun and
movement from the wind of the cans has really kept my garden happy.
