Welcome
The major function of the Society is to enhance the relationship between the University and its emeritus faculty for the benefit of Washington State University's land grant mission and for the greater welfare of its emeriti. The Society serves as a point of contact between the University and its retired faculty, coordinates the delivery of services to the retired faculty, and provides opportunities for retired faculty to continue their scholarship and service at the University.
Legacy of Excellence Award
The Emeritus Society Legacy of Excellence Award is given to an outstanding emeritus who contributions to academia, the University, the community and mankind while in retirement.
