Subscribing to Using-Outlook Discussion List

To further the effort of helping the University community move to Outlook and Exchange, we have established a Using-Outlook discussion list so that people can ask questions or post items of interest to others concerning Outlook (and similar) client issues.

The list is set up to allow anyone (not just subscribers) to post messages. Those who have been using Outlook for a while might also consider joining so if people post a question that you might already have an answer for you may be able to assist. Some of the questions that have come up in the past dealt with archiving and holiday schedules, and more recently we have seen some postings of suggestions on using the 'Flagging' feature to manage messages, and using distribution groups and nicknames.

The value of this list grows with people's willingness to post not only questions and answers but also tips and shortcuts that others can use.
