Financial Consequences of Cancelling a Residence Hall Contract

Men’s recruitment is divided into three parts: summer Recruitment (summer signing), Fraternity Informal Recruitment, and year-round recruitment. The table below describes what a student will be charged when leaving the Residence Hall system at different times and in different ways.

Security deposit will be applied to per day charge for living in the residence hall and eating in the Dining Centers.

A student may move out of the Residence Halls and into approved Greek chapter houses at the end of Fall Semester with no charge, but they must follow the proper check out procedures.
