Students, Donors in the Spotlight
Friends and donors to The Edward R. Murrow School of Communication are invited to attend the Murrow Symposium Scholarship Awards Reception and Banquet, which honors student recipients of communication scholarships and the donors whose generous support funds the scholarships. The event begins at 4:30 p.m. April 3 in Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum and features the following menu:
Hors d'oeuvres
Baby shrimp and avocado spoon bites
Feta and sun-dried tomato triangles
Huckleberry topped sharp cheeses on crackers
Salad
Spokane's signature Luna Salad- spring greens topped with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, and Gorgonzola cheese, served with vinaigrette dressing.
Main Entrée
Herb crusted fillet of beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce, three cheese potatoes au gratin, and spring vegetable medley (asparagus, carrots, red peppers, and yellow squash), served with homemade style dinner rolls.
Vegetarian Entrée
Thai curry portobello mushroom tofu cup, jasmine rice, and spring vegetable medley (asparagus, carrots, red peppers, and yellow squash), served with homemade style dinner rolls.
Dessert
Northwest huckleberry mousse in a chocolate cup

Tickets are $75.00 each.
