Conference Registration and Other Information
Registration must be received by MARCH 31, 2000. Registration is $195 for the conference, and the Sunday workshop fee is $50 for one half-day workshop and $90 for two workshops. The registration coordinator is Hal Gollos at the Pacific Graduate School. On-line registration is available

Cancellations must be received PRIOR TO APRIL 7, 2000. Registration is transferrable. Conference registration does not include reservations for hotel accomodations. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Cavanaughs On Fifth Avenue. If applicable, please indicate any special needs or any special request for services you might require because of a disability or dietary condition (including vegetarian meals).
The dress code is business causual for the meetings and casual for all other events.
