Task
Force Invites Comments on Parking Zone Changes
Pullman,
Washington. -- The University
Parking and Transportation Task Force is inviting public comment on proposed parking zone
changes that, if implemented, would take effect prior to the
start of the fall 2008 semester.
The
reasons for the changes include:
To
expand the Green 2 zone due to a loss in supply
over time while demand continues to increase.
To
replace student resident Gray zone parking spaces
that are expected to be displaced due to the construction
of a new student residence hall.
To
reallocate new covered and sheltered parking
north of the newly renovated Martin Stadium project
to Orange 4.
The
Task Force will review and consider comments regarding these
