Payroll System Changes

Changes to the Payroll System for the December 2011 RG1 pay cycle:

1. Teachers Retirement Plan 3

ESHB 1981 requires higher education employers to offer State retirement plan, Teachers 3, to faculty personnel. Due to the extensive amount of programming required to install a new state retirement plan, we are installing the plan in phases. The calculation piece was installed this paycycle.
