Payroll System Changes

Changes to the Payroll System for the February 2013 RG1 pay cycle:  
1.

Install payroll processing and reporting for Public School Employees Union Dues BU 16:

Union Dues:
GTN 254
GTN Description: PSE Dues
The maximum monthly dues amount is $53.00
The rate is 1.2% of the gross monthly earnings

Agency Dues:
GTN 255
GTN Description: PSE Agency
The maximum monthly dues amount is $53.00
The rate is 1.1% of the gross monthly earnings

Special Assessment Fee:
GTN 256
GTN Description: PSE SAF  (Special Assessment Fee)
We are to withhold $1.00 a month (.50 a check)
