| 1. | New Work Study Transfer ProjectsThe projects for Work Study transfer accounts have changed for the new fiscal year. They are: Federal Work Study (FWT) 7801 from 2010 to 2011 |
| 2. | WFSE Representation FeeDecrease the maximum monthly fee amount effective July 1, 2010 from $55.70 to $53.14. Also, the deduction rate goes from 1.09% to 1.04%. GTN 172 WFSE Rep. |
| 3. | State Share ChangesThe monthly employer-paid contribution for benefit-eligible employees has changed effective July 1, 2010, from $745.00 to $850.00. |
| 4. | Change in WorkStudy SplitFor the first time in 15 years the work study split between department cost and work study program cost changes for all three types of work study programs (State, Federal and Institutional) from 25%/75% to 30%/70%. The department share, which appears on the PEARS, will increase from 25% to 30% of the Total Gross Paid and the program share will decrease from 75% to 70%. |
