This script will create a new webpage containing a list of blast report file names and the top two hits in each report.

Enter a pattern to select the subset of files you want to summarize
(e.g. enter blast.html to summarize all the blast reports MINE).

Pattern:

Enter a name for the summary file (please name *summary.html - must end in ".html")
(e.g. All_blast_summary.html).
