Research Interests:
My research interests are in wellness programming with a focus on the prevention of eating disorders for college aged women. I am particularly interested in developing programs that improve women's body image and/or improve their resiliency to stressors that place them at risk for developing unhealthy eating and exercise behaviors. This interest has also been expanded to include the continued development of a self report survey instrument specific for identifying college aged men with disturbed body image.
