  • Diversity in Organizations
  • Organizational Culture and Climate
  • Career Progression of Women and Minorities

My research examines factors influencing the career progression of women and minorities within civilian and military organizations. In particular, my work has examined how the climate and culture within an organization can influence prejudice, harassment and discrimination toward women and minorities in the workplace. My work has also examined how these experiences influence job attitudes and job behaviors for both individuals and their organization. Lastly, my work also examines how culture and gender influence the dynamics of prejudice, harassment and discrimination within academic, military, and private sector organizations.
