Psychology Clinic
An Introduction To Our Services
The Psychology Clinic is a mental health service and training and
research center operated by the Department of Psychology at Washington State
University. Services are provided by doctoral level student therapists in
the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program under the close supervision of faculty
members.
Therapy service for psychological issues are available to adults, couples, children, all veterans and their families.
Typical adult therapy include depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and anger management.
Additionally, adult testing for neuropsychological problems, learning disabilities, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), personality issues, and behavior problems is available to help identify specific areas of strength and difficulty.
Treatment, assessment, and consultation services are also available for children, including learning problems, developmental delays, emotional-behavioral concerns, aggression, anxiety, depression, abuse, pain, school difficulty, toileting/elimination problems, sleep-related difficulties, nonadherence to medical regimens, and obesity.
Individual, family, and group therapy options are available on a sliding
fee scale and services are available to everyone in the community who
contacts the Clinic.
