Application Process
Application materials can be obtained from the Patient Services Coordinator by calling (509) 335-3587 or stopping by the Psychology Clinic office located in Johnson Tower Room 362 during regular Business Hours.
An initial interview is typically scheduled within one week after the receipt of the completed application. The initial interview provides an opportunity to gather specific information about treatment or assessment needs and to review clinic policies. Therapy or assessments are then scheduled. Hours of Operation:
Appointments are scheduled directly by therapists and can be arranged during the hours 8 am - 12 noon and 1pm - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Appointments 5pm - 7pm on Tuesday are by appointment only. Therapy clients can expect to meet weekly with a therapist.
Occasionally, clients seeking services are placed on a waiting list or referred to other professionals.
