Use the Direct Deposit self service form to make life easier and to avoid wasting time in lines at check pickup time.
Students may examine their account at MyWSU Student Balances/Checks (scroll down to Account Info) to see if they have money coming from WSU. If the student has Direct Deposit the funds are directly on the way to their bank. Effective July 1, 2008 in order to assure that we are in compliance with new federal regulations; WSU will begin to mail all checks to the student's primary mailing address. That address is controlled online by each student via their myWSU portal and WSU will consider it to be correct at all times. Checks that are mailed to the address maintained by the student will not be cancelled and re-issued for a minimum of ten working days. Checks will not be mailed until the first day of classes.
