- develop a coordinated program for water
quality education, watershed
education and ecosystem education that includes WWRC, Center for
Environmental Education, Cooperative Extension, and WSU faculty.
- help faculty develop educational components to their research grants
- help develop working groups in project areas, e.g. watershed studies,
salmonid restoration, and help write grants to fund these groups
- help WWRC connect to regional groups to develop partnerships necessary
to sustaining research and outreach programs over the long run.
- help faculty connect to WWRC.
- help build up WWRC into a major regional player in water related issues.
