I am Professor of Environmental Science at WSU where I teach computer simulation modeling with an emphasis on energy and environmental problems in the western USA.

My research uses computer simulation models to help us understand the problems in the energy industry. Recent research looks at the challenge of reducing carbon emissions in the electric power industry.
