Revision Letter Number Twenty-Six
The Board of Regents has approved the following policies:
Policy Prohibiting Discrimination and Sexual Harassment EP15
This revision:
Updates the policy prohibiting discrimination, including sexual harassment.
Updates the procedures for reporting, immediate action, and enforcement of this policy.
Updates the list of resources available to assist in the resolution of reports of
discriminatory or sexual harassment behaviors.
Policy on Faculty-Student and Supervisor-Subordinate Relationships EP28
The purpose of this new policy is to prohibit faculty or anyone in a supervisory
role from having supervisory responsibility over a student or subordinate with whom
he or she is currently having a romantic and/or sexual relationship.
