Proposed WAC Changes
Small Works Roster
The University is proposing the following changes to the Washington Administrative Code:
- The University's rules regarding the Small Works Roster are being
updated to comply with section RCW 39.04.155 and chapter WAC 236-28.
Includes amendments to:WAC 504-50-010: Purpose and authority;
WAC 504-50-020: Project construction cost;
WAC 504-50-050: Contractors application form--Information required;
WAC 504-50-060: Qualification requirements;
WAC 504-50-070: Denial or removal of contractors from small works roster--Reasons, notice, and hearing; and
WAC 504-50-080: Procedures for use.

WSU will conduct a public hearing on these proposed WAC changes on
July 23, 2009, at 3:00 p.m. in Lighty Student Services Building, Room 401,
Pullman, WA 99164. Members of the public may testify at this public hearing
and/or submit written comments.
