E. Attendance:

Will be expected but not recorded. Absences because of illness, personal crises, mandated court appearances, and similar reasons will be accommodated as long as such absences are not excessive and notification is provided to instructor. Excused absences will be easier to secure if notification is given prior to any known or planned event. Students who attempt to gain advantage through abuse of this policy (eg, by providing false information to the instructor) may be referred to the Office of Student Affairs.

F. Disabilities:

Reasonable accommodations are available for students who have a documented disability. Please notify the instructor during the first week of class of any accommodations needed for the course. Late notification may cause the requested accommodations to be unavailable. All accommodations must be approved and on file at the Disability Resource Center (DRC) in Administration Annex 206, 335-1566. You must complete and sign an Accommodation Form with a DRC staff member and present this to the instructor for my signature.
