March 15th Board Meeting
1st meeting:
11:15PM March 15, 2005 in China Town, Olympia, WA.
Four members present: Chris, Max, Annette, Ann
Outside correspondence: Kevin
Oldish/New business:
- VP(Max): still hate SD. Get a drink.
- Treasurer (Annette): We have $0.00.
- Secretary (Ann): No new business and no real old business.
- Outside Correspondence contribution: Swing dancing is great! passed 5v0.
New Business:
- Tshirts: all in favor.
Design is coming along (black ink on white shirts)
They need to be finished in 2 weeks
Raise price of Tshirts so that we make $1.00 on every shirt
With the money earned from Tshirt sales we'll pay back Max for funding the website.
- 5.6.7.8.'s song "Woohoo" is their song.
- Promote facebook membership
- Does Max's mom consider him cool? ("Probably not," says secretary, Ann Batt.) to be voted on next meeting
- flyers at CJs to advertise us, Ann Batt to work on a design to be approved at a later date
- Firefly marathon and/or Buffy
Secretary (Ann) motioned that the meeting end, Netti Seconded. All said, "Aye".
