Current Research Interests

I worked with Dr. Faith Lutze to conduct research entitled "An Evaluation of the Effect Gender has on Community Correctional Officers in Spokane, WA and how it Influences Their Philosophy for Supervising Offenders."  I presented my work at the 2nd annual Washington State University McNair Research Symposium.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether gender has an effect on  community correctional officers  adherence  to a philosophy for supervising offenders. For this particular study, male and female community correctional officers  (CCOs)  from Spokane, WA were interviewed about their particular supervision philosophy.
