Research Abstract
"National
Culture and Individual Ethics: A Cross-National Comparison"
The
goal of this study is to investigate how different cultures affect
ethics. The primary objective is to understand the impact
of national culture on individual ethics. This study is intended
to fill the gap in current literature by taking into consideration
how Hofstede”s four national culture dimensions affect individual
ethics. It will reveal ethical and unethical behavior on a
cross-national level.
