Can you say STOKED?
Because I surely can.
I'm STOKED for this weekend, heck, I'm stoked for waking up tomorrow and everything after classes... here's the dl... I'm trying to get people together to see garden state tomorrow, because it is awesome. take sky captain and the world of crap, throw it away, make a good movie that is awesome, and you have garden state. and if noone can go, I'll go by myself. I love that movie. anyhoo, after that is CRU, my favorite part of the week, after that still will be hanging out, doing homework, and grocery shopping... then comes Friday!... friday is the day that Erica, Melissa(her roomie), and I will be going to seattle. Why am I stoked? well, this trip is to allow melissa to see her family because she's really homesick, so we're trying to be good friends and help her out, plus Erica gets to meet ryan, kara, kasey, tina, lindsay, kristin, jason, levi, jocelyn, henry(ok, fine, he's a dog, but whatever, she'll meet him), other awesome people that weren't listed but will meet her, and also... ALEX!!! alex is going to be there!!! man I'm stoked, RYAN AND ALEX!!! I miss those two SO much, but then add in the factor that my girlfriend gets to meet and hang out with them... stoked.
anyways, I'm stoked for this weekend. can you tell?

Time to Grow on up...
ok, first of all I don't feel called to be in school at all, plus, my reasons for going to school were completely selfish... to get a degree to make lots of money... so what do I feel called to do? live in a small town(less than 300 or so) and influence them in the Lord, evangelize, but not normal evangelism, because when I think of evangelism I think "oh, an evangelist is someone who gets to know you for maybe a day or two and tells you about God, and convinces you to become a christian, then leaves)... I want to live somewhere, get to know the people, and actually change their lives, but also to be there when they fall, to help them grow... you know.
anyways, so my plan was to drop out of college, start working fulltime until I make enough money to move to a smaller town and work and just live and influence them... I don't know exactly what that would entail, but that is ok, God will take care of me. Life would be hard, but I'd get through it...
Then tonight I called Levi and Sarah and when talking to Levi he told me that life is harder without a degree, but that I should learn a trade(plumbing or carpentry or whatever)... which makes sense because every town needs those.
Then I talked with sarah, and she said "I'm not going to let you do that. you cannot get a job without a degree in something, it doesn't even really matter, and even if you do get a job doing something like plumbing, you'll be doing the same thing when you are 55 or older, probably with very little vacation, and nothing to retire with, no real insurance, maybe some minimal coverage, but think about it, if you leave college, you are closing the door on so many things... here is what you should do Peter, get a degree in SOMETHING, I don't care what it is... maybe cows, you're in pullman(she went to UW)... then once you're done with that, learn a trade, do it for a while in a small town, then you have something to fall back on, something that puts you ahead of the uncolleged(I won't major in english though!). don't get yourself stuck." And that just made a LOT of sense to me... I LOVE my sister, and as I told jessica and elaine, if I could go visit ANYONE in the world, it would be her, just because she is absolutely amazing. I miss you a lot sis.
Anyways, so I'm going to withdraw from a few classes and start working, I have at least one job, and I'm probably going to get a second pretty quick(I have something in mind)... make some money, figure out what I want to study, then start on the track for that. no clue I have, of what it will be(a little yoda talk for everyone, both dane and brandon own the trilogy now)... so yeah, crazy huh?
oh, and the hints?... well God, because I felt called to go and evangelize(in the way I described above)... something I'm not known for at ALL... saving money, and cali? because there is a small town there named dorris that holds a special place in my heart.

Lot of things to think about...
ok ok ok, I know what you all are thinking... Peter, that sinner. yeah, guess what I'm thinking? yeah, reader, that sinner. not really, but I made a bad choice last night and I'm not going to drink like that again... not the smartest of things, oh and ryan, your wish came true, six times, but it wasn't that bad, not at all considering I haven't hurled in years... anyways, Ben, I know you pretty well, and don't worry about it.
anyways, I got to hang out with Erica today, which started out kinda hectic, but ended awesomely... so the hectic part? well we were going to go see garden state at 2:10, but then she wasn't ready so we were really late, so we decided to just hang out THEN go see it... Garden State... Zach Braff is a stud. that guy is awesome, that movie was amazing, and got me thinking... anyways, after the movie I took erica home, then came back and studied a little, then I called her because I wanted to talk about all my thoughts... she actually wanted to talk to me also, so she came over a little while later... we got to talking and it took about 1-3 hours(I really have no clue, lost track of time, but it was quite some time)... anyways, I'm going to save the huge blog entry, of what I thought about and decided to do, until tomorrow but I will give you a hint.
something to do with:
God
something I'm not known for at ALL
California
have a nice night.

mmmm, SO good.
anyways, so I'm really hot and awesome, and I don't know why you aren't hanging out with me this VERY instant.
alright, well right now I am eating my new favorite snack... peach-pinapple salsa and tostitos scoops. with a pepsi of course. this salsa is SO good, it's sweet while still having that salsa bite. SO good...
so... a lot of people are leaving this weekend, the fall retreat for CRU, in which Erica, Jessica, Steph, Ben, Whitney, Molly, and a LOT of other people are going... I wanted to go to this REALLY badly, but I don't have any money because I start my job next week so, couldn't go. oh well, it'll be ok, time for me to have some "Peter time" aka, me dancing around in my room naked... maybe I'll read or something... heh, read.
the game is back! name that song.

I am a nutrigrain bar.
Thank you Janae Scott, you are awesome, and a friend of mine. so yeah, apparently I'm a nutrigrain bar... why? because I'm wholesome. that's right, Peter Schatzer is wholesome! score one for me! anyhoo tonight I watched mean girls with erica, that movie is friggin hilarious, I loved it. course, it was kinda embarassing when I started laughing so hard that it just comes out super high pitched and giggly... the exact same laugh as levi, I love you bro, but we have a weird laugh(only when we laugh that hard though)... so yeah, that was fun. man I love laughing... anyone with me? yeah you are, don't lie.

some random thoughts and feeling green...
well, I'm going to start with my greenness, no it's not from my comforter(do you remember that?)... this time it's a little deeper than that. Ryan is going to the maroon 5 concert tonight, but me being poor and 5 hours away, I wasn't able to go... oh well, it's only my second time missing them, I'll catch my FAVORITE band next time. Enjoy Ryan and sing along off key for me.
and for the random thought part, I was getting into the shower this morning thinking... I wonder if everyone gets in the shower from the same side... I personally get into the shower underneath the showerhead in front of the shower curtain. then pull it forward to close it off. but I've noticed that the shower curtain is usually in the front, meaning people get out the back(away from the knobs and head, seriously there was no innuendo in that)... what about you?

good stuff
I don't know why I'm updating, I don't have anything to talk about right now... weird, but I feel that I need to update, because really a list of shoes cannot be up there as the most recent post for three days... anywho, I had my first test today, that was pretty easy, considering I only spent 20 minutes studying for it, I think it went well... good ol' business law. well I just figured out I messed up two things on the test which could end up screwing me... oh well, it happens, and now I know. anywho, time for me to go to sleep, which is kinda weird because I've already taken a 3 hour nap. good stuff.

My girlfriend had a crush on the albino kid in high school
Alright, well today was good, skipped classes, finished and turned in my physics lab, went to lewiston with Erica, but here's the kicker I drove her car. mmmm driving other people's cars. and she let me drive hers, now that is trust. all she needs now is a fridge for me to look in... WAIT! she just got one! new mission. anyways, we went there to drop off her laptop at some computer place because it won't even turn on... then we went to costco, I picked up a berry smoothie(bomb!) and she had frozen yogurt swirl(another good choice)... yeah, so I have a buttload of business law to study, but I'm not... I'll get around to reading for the class, but right now is not the time... you know that feeling? later everyone. oh and I REALLY want new shoes. my next update will be a bunch of links and you will decide my next pair of shoes(there has to be 5 people to win, first shoe with 5 people wins)or something like that.

don't even start ben... oh, wait, you can't!!!
yeah, that's right, ben (as seen in last comment) is a bosox fan... too bad the yanks outscored them 25-5 in the last two games of the series... yeah, yankees rock, lost the first one by 1(2-3 was the final score), because the best closer in history wasn't having a good night. but hey, that happens... anyways, the cougs won by 41, which sucks because if they won by 45 or more brandon owed me a dollar, but with 17 seconds left in the game...17 SECONDS!!! they scored to bring the final to 49-8... oh well, maybe next time cougs.
oh and another random thought... if I had larger nipples, I'd totally get them pierced. I might anyways... still contemplating... I think they're cool.
thoughts?

quality blogging
Alright, well most of you are thinking, ok, now this one has to be good, Peter hasn't really said ANYTHING about what has been going on in his life recently, so this must be the one!...
anyways, I'm up at 4 a.m. took erica home around 3:15, we watched zoolander after dancing at waller and dropping her friends from home off in colfax and stopping at safeway(which closes at 1... anyone ever heard of a safeway that closes at 1? seriously) to get some food, and we bought cake mix stuff, because well we both really like cake and it is an expensive habit at the dining centers... we got the white cake with the sparkles(or whatever) in them(you know, the little colored things that make it better), along with matching frosting(SO good), and she got a lunchable because she was so hungry... anyways, I don't know when we are going to make the cake, but it will be delish when we do.
so I got back here around 3:40(walking home and saying goodnight), made some easy mac(I messed up making the real stuff... I added the cheese before draining it...) and two tall glasses of milk... mmm, SO good. so NOT healthy, but whatever, I gave my body a beating today, the least I could do for it was give it horrible food too... so yeah, today was kinda crazy, wake up, differential equations, come home, chillin', basketball for 2 straight hours(I didn't lose, so I stayed on the court the whole time) then almost an hour and a half of raquetball, then almost two hours of dancing... ugh, my feet hurt. anyways, I can sleep in tomorrow, so I'm happy. oh, and cougar football game, and they should do better than the yankees, who sadly lost to Boston tonight. oh well, we're still 2.5 games ahead of them, we'll see what happens. oh, and a quality quote I heard just the other day... "rooting for new york is like rooting for the house at a black jack table"... that's is awesome. Go YANKS!

I want an I-pod
man, I wish so badly I had an I-pod... they're so cool, the white corded headphones, the possibility of 20 gigs of music on a thing that is completely portable. shoot. right now I'm still using my ghetto cd player(only ghetto because it is so old) that Levi got me in 10th Grade... that's right, 10th grade... that's a long time ago. anyways, since 10th grade I've gotten a minidisc player, which is awesome, except that I lost the cd to the software needed to use it, and I had to reinstall windows last year, which means I can't use it. which sucks, because it's so cool. anyways, I just wanted to rant about my longing for an i-pod. I'm done now. later ya'll. oh, and you want to know what I'm doing with my time right now? well, I'm actually rating ALL my music. 5.1 days of music to rate... fun stuff right? I kinda like it, because I listen to all the music I usually don't. anyways, I'm just rambling, so later.

No country swing dancing for me...
So tonight was CRU and country swing dancing, as usual for a thursday night... but tonight I decided to stay home to read my Business Law book... which, while being boring, isn't that bad, Business law is really cool, civil law, common law, stuff like that... should be good, anyways, Erica is out dancing having a Great time and I'm here updating the blog and studying... actually I REALLY wanted to go tonight, but me not having money, studying to do and just being a little tired, I chose not to. plus I got some grocery shopping done... so it has been a good night so far. later ya'll, Ive got to go study.

I put the PRO in procrastination.
Alright, I know I know I've used that title before, but it is true tonight... it is now 2 a.m. and I haven't started my math homework... two math assignments... differential equations is fun though... whatever... so tonight was fun, watched Kenny Roger's Jackass on Ben's computer... man that is so friggin funny. so yeah, maybe someone give me something to talk about, because other than procrastinating and watching funny things... yeah, you know what I mean.

learning...
so I know what you all are thinking... alright, this has to be a good post, the title is learning, so it has to be good. well, sorry, but what I learned is two things.
1. I now know how to get rid of red eyes(there's actually a button on my picture viewer that does it... I just never looked before.)
2. I REALLY like soda.
ok, so fine, the second is kind of a given, but whatever, I've tried to quit and have for a month, but when it all comes down to it, water with it's no-taste doesn't cut it... I need flavor.
holy crap peter is posting before 3 a.m. yeah, I was woken up today an hour and a half before my alarm by my best friend on the phone, so I was fine with it. anyways, you rock ryan. time for x-box...mmm blitz

I am "AwesomeMan"!!!!
alright, I just realized that this post is the first in the second quarter of my journey to a thousand posts... that's right, number 251. not that anyone is keeping track, except blogger, but whatever. Alright, well I played poker tonight for the first time in a while(in real life)... I won ten bucks, which will most likely go towards either gas or a movie with Erica, haven't decided which. is that bad?
anyways, I'm over 300,000 bucks on fake money at online poker, don't know what you want to do with that info, but to put it into relation, you start with 1000.
yeah, goodtimes. man this was a quality post.
and for those of you out there that are wondering about the title, it is my superhero name, according to Ben, ok by me.

A good weekend indeed!
Alright, well a few good things happened in my life this weekend, one of which is NOT being up at 3:05 monday morning when I still haven't done my lab write up, which supposedly take three hours... oh well, I had a good night, Spent most of it Working on physics and Economics. fun stuff that homework due at midnight sunday... fun stuff that procrastination too... anywhoo, lets get to the good stuff... This weekend included...
1. Two Nuthouse Shows!
2. Bowling, in which I got the Highest Score In My life! Including four Strikes in a row! wohoo! 185!
3. I now have joined the ranks of Ryan, Alex, John, Dane, and whoever else has a girlfriend.
4. Dual 26" Pizza's, ok ok I only ate two slices at first, I came back later that night and had two more if that counts for anything, but probably not considering Brandon ate more than me during lunch than I did ALL day... whatever.
5. The Bible Study Blog is going well, and it is keeping me in the Word. So that is good...
6. Last but not least... maybe it is the least... I played a lot of Ping-Pong, which I love, but I lost almost every time...
Alright, I know what you're thinking. Peter Lose a Sport? just kidding, you're thinking, "HOLY CRAP!!! PETER HAS A GIRLFRIEND!!!"... and yes, I do, she is awesome(yeah, I said awesome, awesome)... Her name is Erica, I Met her last year when she visited her cousin Kate... Then she came here this year, we hung out a few times, flirted, talked on MSN, she read my Blog(yeah, this thing!)... and was convinced that I'm Tight(check your top Bar of the page)... So you want to know the story?
Friday night, we went over to Nuthouse(with friends)(I picked her up... I'm such a friggin gentleman, jeez)... Flirted during nuthouse, then we went bowling(with friends), and decided at about 2 in the morning to go for a walk, so we walked down to Martin Stadium, which was open(no lights on, just the gates were open)... so we walked in, went down onto the field(all the time while walking we were talking, otherwise this would have been a lot more awkward)... got to the 50 yard line and country swing danced on the Cougar, we talked about "us", and decided to become boyfriend/girlfriend... ok, now I KNOW what you are thinking... "How Long Did You Know Her Before This Happened?(also with capital letters before each word, you were thinking that, don't lie)"... and the answer to that question is... other than meeting her last year, Three Weeks. THREE WEEKS??? yeah, seems pretty fast, and it kinda was, but I feel good about the relationship, plus, it's awesome to Get to know her more and more daily... Is there anything special about this relationship? Yeah, Here's the thing I REALLY like about it... we've decided to do two things everyday(or at least as often as possible)...
1. Go For a Walk... I really like this because it is just casual time to just talk, hold hands and just share with each other what we are thinking about, or what went on, or whatever... how gross the booger in the snot rocket I just shot was... you know... ok, probably not that, but you know... did I go too far? shoot, oh well, now I've written too much after it to go back and delete it all, whatever... and the second thing?
2. Pray... ok, this one I LOVE, firstly because I've been doing really poorly when it comes to prayer, and this brings me to do it... plus, it brings us closer, through God. I like it, I like it a lot...
Ok, so what the heck does she look like?
Beautiful.
OH! you want a picture? Alright, I just happen to have one that I took today while she was doing homework on my bed.

ok, that's enough for tonight, considering I have to do my lab write-up, Bible Study, and Sleep somewhere in there... maybe I won't sleep... maybe I will, whatever... oh, and The Rasmus are good... good call with that one Ryan.

DARN YOU OLIVE GARDEN!!!
ok, you want to know what makes me want to cry? (other than differential equations)... the Olive Garden commercials that come on in pullman, eventhough the closest one I know of is by seattle... there probably is one in spokane and maybe one in cour d'alene(or however the heck you spell that)... ok, what makes me hurt inside is that all their commercials boast the "Neverending Pasta bowl for $7.99" which is absolutely insane... so if you are remotely close(within an hour drive) of an Olive Garden, go to one and eat the neverending pasta bowl for me. thanks, it is the least you could do for a friend right?
Oh another thing while I'm on the "garden" mood, Garden State is only playing in Spokane which sucks butt because I can't afford 30 bucks for a movie... stupid gas and movie prices, oh well, I'll guess I have to wait for it to come out on video so I can buy it then watch it... yeah, buy it first... shoot it's Zach Braff(scrubs main character), he's a stud, natalie portman(hot nerd, also the princess)... so yeah, stupid gardens.

Is swearing bad?
because I SWEAR I had something to write about... oh well.

bible study blog
alright, I'm starting a bible study blog for myself to keep me ontrack with reading it, the first real post will be tomorrow, but you are welcome to check it out right now by clicking the link to the right. later ya'll and maybe some people will make their own too, that would be fun, a bunch of bible studies a day, man, think of how much we could learn, and how much of the bible we could cover. crazy.
update? nah, I'd rather just be uber lazy...
alright, for all you whiners out there that can't handle a little time for me to just be lazy, then here you go. What has happened since I last updated? a friggin lot of stuff... but I'm not going to recap that, maybe just two things.
first
My best friend Ryan came to visit me last friday... man I miss that guy, we didn't really do anything, but yet, it was a great day. Thank you Erik for bringing him over.
and second
Campus Crusade for Christ.
I LOVE CRU... firstly because it is one of Two times a week I get to praise God through worship. not only that, it is the better of the two(in my mind)... I LOVE worshipping God along with 300 other people my age praising the same God. it inspires me. not only that, but since I've been here I haven't had the best relationship with God, I seem to ignore him a lot, not trust him, and just really forget about him in my life... which sucks because he is so amazing. He gave his ONLY son to die for me. wow. I really need to stop this. and I'm going to.
what in your life shows you that God is real?

give lazy flouride the boot!
alright, the toothpaste(that seems weird to say... toothPASTE... is that paste that makes teeth? whatever, just a weird word)... anyways, I just bought some new toothpaste and it boasts that is "Strengthens Teeth with Active Flouride"... what happened to all the lazy flouride? only the athletic flouride can get into Colgate... the lazy flouride is purely Crest(sorry ryan)... hm... how do they know which flouride is active and which isn't?... oh another thing about my toothpaste I enjoyed... it boasts a "Great Regular Flavor"... ok, not only does that give the broadest description of what it actually tastes like, it doesn't make very much sense... I mean, the flavor is regular... it's not "exciting" or "adventurous"... alright, so it's normal flavored... but then they add the great to it... not only is this the most medeocre flavor we have come up with it is also GREAT! who decided the flavor was great? I didn't... just seems a little weird to me. oh, and another thing... I was looking at it, and relating to ryan's journal... how long did it take them to come up with the flip lid?... the twist off cap sucks, and everyone knew that, but yet, some toothpastes still use it... why? we've moved on since then, get with the times.
and I guess they boast a "regular" flavor rather than an "adventurous" one because people don't like to try out new things, plus... when it comes to toothpaste, who wants to be adventuruous? shoot, if you try it out and you don't like it... there goes three bucks. you use toothpaste for like a couple weeks, so really no one wants to gamble with that kind of risk...
