2007 Spokane Chiefs Trip:

Club members met with Spokane Chief Front Office Staff, received a facility tour and enjoyed a hockey game!

Upcoming Club Events:

Nov. 20, 2008: Club Meeting at 7pm in Cleveland 255

Bill Stevens will be a guest speaker. He is the Sports Information Director for WSU. Everybody should attend, especially those interested in Public Relations. He will be more than willing to answer any questions.

Nov. 21 , 2008: Dinner at Applebee's & WSU vs UW Volleyball Game

As a club we're going to dinner at Applebee's @ 5:30, before we head to the volleyball game. We will be attending the game as a club to cheer on the Cougs! Wear your club shirts and remember your CougarCard! We will meet in front of Bohler @ 7:30 pm, game starts at 8pm. See you all there!

Our Purpose:

The purpose of the WSU Sport Management Club shall be to develop skills that prepare members for careers in sport management through lectures, presentations, and other activities. In addition the club will promote networking relations between students, faculty, alumni, and representatives of the sport industry.

You can send us an email or come to our club meetings to show your interest! Meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 7pm in Cleveland 255.n
