The Leadership Center has a number of resources to help you, from compilations of group activities and exercises, to books on leadership theories, to assessment tools, to videos. For more information, check our annotated bibliography.
Consultation
The staff of the Leadership Center are available to work with you on a variety of issues, from developing a retreat for your group, to helping assess your organization's needs, and working through difficult situations. We can attend organization meetings, work with executive groups, or meet with the entire organization, whatever works for you.
Workshops
The staff is also available to present workshops on number of different topics, like delegation, motivation, leadership styles, mission statements, goal-setting, communication skills, time management, leadership and gender, leadership and diversity, teambuilding, and a whole lot more.
